the North coast of Lantao. Island and at Silver Mine Bay on the East coast. The necessary staff, materials and labour for the present scheme are available and the work would be carried out, under Government supervision, by local contractors familiar with the type of work required. Quarters for the labour to be employed will present no difficulties.
